Cheltenham
This project was a two storey extension and complete renovation. We removed the existing kitchen, bathroom windows and doors, and added a large two storey extension to accommodate a kitchen and main bedroom. A new kitchen, bathroom, en-suite, oak and glass staircase, windows and colour matched the fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes that were added and the whole house rendered. This house looks stunning.
Uckington
For this project we were tasked with converting the existing garage on this beautiful bungalow into a study and adding an extension to the back to accommodate a new bedroom with en-suite. This was then wrapped in beautiful cedar cladding.
Bredon
For this project we were tasked with renovating the 100 years old farm house, which had been in the family for over 50 years and held a lot of sentimental value to the customer. From stripping the roof and installing new oak rafters, to excavating the existing kitchen floor, adding damp proofing and underfloor heating, this job had the lot!

Longlevens
This project was a little different. We added a small kitchen extension to this house. We plastered and decorated the whole house, installing a new bathroom and new woodwork throughout. We were then invited back to build a custom garden room.
Suffolk Square
This was one of our biggest projects. Our objective was to transform a rundown Grade II listed 5 storey town house that had been converted into flats, back to its original glory.
Carefully removing all the extra walls and doorways, we installed modern kitchens and bathrooms and rejuvenated the traditional covings woodwork and fireplaces. This became one of our favourite jobs. 7 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, 5 reception rooms. Wow!
Sandy Lane
This project was a complete renovation and extension to a 3-bed house in Sandy Lane. A sizeable extension with a large lantern light and new apex windows, this added amazing natural light to this house, highlighting the new hardwood floors, oak doors and traditional kitchen.

We extended and renovated part of this big house in Sandy Lane. The extension added to this beautiful house and gave the client a huge kitchen living space.
Cleeve Hill
This property was originally an indoor badminton court in need of extensive refurbishment. A mezzanine floor was installed to make the most of this building with access by a staircase.
On one side of the space a sewing room/ studio; on the other side an office. The lower floor of the property was turned into a games room and sitting area.
The renovation included the laying of a drive to front and rear of the property; work to the roof also included the installation of electrically operated specialist roof lights. These lights have rain sensors fitted to facilitate their opening/closing.
New Builds
Near Broadway
This project was to demolish an existing storage building and replace it with a 4-bedroom house. Part of the project including renovating a small thatched roof horse shed and incorporate it to in the new house as one of the bedrooms with en-suite.
Charlton Kings
This project was to demolish the existing bungalow and build a split-level house with basement. The modern 4-bed house had a smart electrical system, aluminum windows and bi-fold doors, a beautiful white American oak and glass staircase and a two-sided fire place. Beautiful!
Oakley Road
The first stage of this contract was to demolish the existing house. This cleared the space necessary to contain the new dwelling. As the site is on a slope, the lower floors where formed by digging down 3 meters, allowing for the ground floor to be situated at garden level, and the first floor to be situated at drive level.
The ground floor was constructed with reinforced concrete walls for increased strength. The roof was constructed from a cantilevered steel frame (as seen in photograph). The house consists of 5 bedrooms, with 4 en-suites, 1 main bathroom, a study, a family room, a dining room, a TV/cinema room, and a large kitchen and breakfast room that open out onto the garden.
The master suite, complete with dressing room and en-suite, opens out onto a large balcony that overlooks the garden. This house was built to all appropriate specifications for a dwelling of this size.
Perry Pear Centre
The ‘Hartpury Orchard Trust’, commissioned this contract for the promotion of the ‘Perry Pear Centre’. The construction of this building began by forming the road and car park. All excavated materials generated by this process were stock piled and redistributed to landscape the surrounding area. The building itself is constructed with an oak frame, this frame was sourced from a local company, then oak cladding and other finishes were applied.
The property has ‘photo voltanic’ panels in the roof, which supply energy that can be stored and/or sold to the national grid. A rainwater collecting system was fitted to collect and supply water for purposes such as the flushing of toilet systems.
The building consists of a tractor shed, ‘a space which is used to manufacture cider’, 2 toilets and a small conference room. The building was partially funded by the ‘Heritage Lottery Fund’ and other local charities. We received an award for the construction of this building.
Two years later we were invited back to build an extension, which formed a library and an office.
Bourton on the Water
For this project we were tasked with demolishing an old detached garage and shed to build a new 2 bed house in the grounds of a stunning manor house. This property was to be used as a high-end holiday let and had to be to the highest standard.
